80 DAY OBSESSION- HERE I COME!!

Excited, nervous, anxious… those are just three words of what I feel about starting 80 Day Obsession on Monday! I’m going to start with my decision in making such a huge commitment.

In March of this last year I was told that I have multiple fibroids and cysts in my uterus. The fibroids are quite large and are very painful. My workout and nutrition literally changed over night. I immediately went back to eating things that tasted good because that made me feel better and I was in so much pain that I couldn’t sleep so I would be too tired to workout. In just a few months I literally gained 20 pounds and I felt so crappy about myself. In July I took ahold of my health and starting portioning out my food, but my workouts were so sporadic. The truth, I’m tired of waking up at 4:45 am and I want TO SLEEP a bit more. My bootcamp class is only at 5:30am so I have no other time options. Yes, this is what they call an excuse and I will be the first to admit this. In the back of my mind I knew I needed to change this, I just didn’t know what it was going to be.

When my friend, Ali Tessitore posted her results from the 80 day obsession test group with Autumn herself I was automatically interested. These results ARE amazing. But, it was more than that… Ali was just happy. Now, granted she is always happy… but it was a different kind of joy that she was sharing with us and it hooked me! Took me a couple of months but I signed up for the FIRST EVER ROUND OF 80 DAY OBSESSION!

THIS program is intense. It will go from January 15- April 15. That means I will travel to Florida for our family reunion, celebrate Valentines Day and my 25th birthday while being on this 80 day adventure!  I will have 80 days of new workouts, 6 days a week, with a strict nutrition program. I’m very against diets that make you cut out everyday foods! I have done them before, but they have caused health problems for me so I will never again do a diet that doesn’t let me eat carbs, natural sugars, or workout!? LOL So, I’m very glad that I can still have wheat bread, FRUIT, potatoes, pasta… etc! But, everything will be in portions and at certain times of the day! I’m going to have to meal prep on Sundays and Wednesdays for the rest of the week and I’m so ready for this change! I love having a schedule and being organized, so this program should be perfect.

I will be blogging once a week about my journey on this program! I will tell you my struggles, progress, triumphs, everything! I’m SO excited about this and anxious to see what my body AND mind can do! This will be a journey and I’m excited to know you all will be going on this with me! I still have struggles with my fibroids. There are days when I have a lot of pain and days I have zero. I’m hoping that I’m able to get stronger mentally to fight through those harder days.

I’M EXCITED GUYS, I’M EXCITED!

XOXO,
